Tracey Gray-Walker is an accomplished CEO and board member of United Veterinary Care and Association Health Insurance Company (AIC). Tracey has many years of P&L management, operations and financial experience with AXA, a Global Fortune 500 company with international exposure.
Currently, Tracey is the CEO of American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Trust. Tracey serves as a member of the Investment Committee on the Board of the Association Health Insurance Company (AIC). She is a former Board Member of The Executive Leadership Council and served on AXAs 401(k) Board.
Traceys broad-based experience includes an extensive list of leadership roles. She has a proven ability to drive business results, assess performance, coach, and motivate others.
During Traceys almost 30-year career in Financial Services, she served in various leadership roles. Her last role with AXA was the Managing Director of AXAs $2 billion asset-based Association and Affinity business where she led a team focused on helping members of professional organizations create retirement solutions.
