PIMA was founded in March of 1975 in Kansas City, Mo., making 2025 a major PIMA milestone. Throughout the year, we will commemorate PIMA's illustrious history in the insurance industry, and look ahead to the next 50 years of growth, innovation and relationship-building in affinity marketing.

Registration fees are NOT transferable to future meetings. However, substitutions are accepted. To experience the value of PIMA membership first-hand, non-member companies may attend 1 each of PIMA's 2 conferences. (This applies to the organization, not individual employees.) If membership has lapsed more than 5 years, non-member companies may come to 1 each of PIMA's 2 conferences.

PIMA provides attendee lists as follows: Non-Registered Attendees: Unavailable; Registered Attendees: 2-3 weeks from the event in the conference app with new registrants added daily leading up to the conference. The conference app for PIMA's 2025 Winter Insights conference will launch on January 6.

A group room block has been negotiated for the benefit of registered attendees. PIMA's group rate of $329 (plus resort fee and tax) per night at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach Resort is available through December 23, 2024, or until the room block is sold out. PIMA is unable to assist with rooms booked outside of the group room block should you experience any problems with your reservation.
