Dave Armstrong founded Sass Advisors in 2011 and he has worked with numerous national benefits providers and professional affinity organizations. Sass Advisors works with leaders to assess the current landscape and create strategies for value creation and growth. Services include business consulting, strategic planning, leadership alignment and executive coaching. Growth strategies also include assessing the latest healthcare reform changes and opportunities.
Dave previously served as President and CEO of AIG Benefit Solutions. He has also served as Executive Vice President for AIG Affinity Solutions.
The Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA) consists of the leaders of over 120 organizations in the affinity benefits industry. Dave Armstrong served on the PIMA Board of Directors as President and he co-chaired the Affinity 2020 Task Force. Affinity 2020 assessed the fundamental and fast paced changes that are occurring in the affinity space while developing a roadmap of key implications and insights for the industry.
