PIMA Announces 2020 Insights Awards Competition Results

  

CHICAGO (June 17, 2020) – The Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA) today announced the winners of its annual Insights Awards competition during its Virtual Leadership Conference.  

PIMA's annual competition recognizes outstanding achievement in marketing, with gold, silver and bronze awards presented based on scores earned in results, marketing strategy and creative execution.

“Best of PIMA” was awarded to AGIA Affinity for its Customer Experience Initiative Fuels Retention Rates campaign. AGIA Affinity improved retention rates by increasing auto pay penetration by integrating marketing expertise into every aspect of the user experience including custom messaging, tailored scripting, outbound calling as well as clear, concise and consistent messaging at each step of the customer journey.
