CHICAGO, IL (June 10, 2026): PIMA proudly announces the recipients of the 2026 iMPACT Awards, an annual program honoring individuals at PIMA member companies who exemplify leadership, innovation, and service within their organizations, the affinity market, and the PIMA community. These awardees represent the highest standards of excellence in advancing PIMA’s mission and strengthening the affinity industry.
The iMPACT Awards recipients were recognized during PIMA’s 2026 Summer Insights Conference in Denver, CO.
STAR Award
The PIMA RISING STAR Award celebrates an affinity industry professional who exhibits leadership qualities within their company and as a volunteer within PIMA. The winner of the 2026 STAR Award is Phil Reynolds, Director of Corporate Communications at Forrest T. Jones (FTJ).
Phil Reynolds has transformed FTJ’s Corporate Communications division by introducing modern, design‑forward and AI‑enhanced marketing strategies that have elevated the company’s affinity work. His leadership contributed directly to FTJ securing two major national ASO and association accounts in the past year. Phil also mentors local designers through the Kansas City marketing chamber and actively supports PIMA committees and task forces, continuing FTJ’s long tradition of service within the association.
Leadership Award
The PIMA Leadership Award recognizes a PIMA member who exhibits leadership qualities within their company and/or the affinity market and has shown commitment to PIMA through volunteer service on task forces, committees, or other programs. The recipient of the 2026 PIMA Leadership Award is Yolonda Brooks Robinson, Director, Insurance Compliance & Special Projects, Franklin Madison Group.
Yolonda Brooks Robinson is recognized for her cross‑functional leadership, operational excellence, and commitment to developing high‑performing teams. She has led major initiatives—including carrier conversions, block acquisitions, and new product onboarding—while streamlining enterprise processes that improve efficiency and compliance. Her community advocacy further strengthens insurance literacy and financial preparedness for families and organizations.
Yolonda serves as Franklin Madison’s Voting Member to PIMA, contributes to key committees, and actively supports PIMA conferences, mentorship programs, and PIMA Cares.
Legend Award
The PIMA Legend Award honors an individual who has distinguished themselves by making an outstanding contribution in the creation, growth, and evolution of the affinity industry and PIMA.
The winner of the 2026 PIMA Legend Award is Kevin Garvin, President, Gallagher Affinity.
Kevin Garvin has shaped the affinity industry for more than three decades, first as CEO of Aon Affinity and now as President of Gallagher Affinity. Under his leadership, Gallagher Affinity has grown from a single‑hire concept to a 500‑person business generating more than $250 million in revenue, supported by significant organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Kevin is widely regarded as one of the industry’s most influential leaders and has served PIMA through board roles, committee service, and as President in 2022. His vision, integrity, and long‑standing commitment to the affinity marketplace define his legacy.
