Tip #1: Set Up Your Profile

 

You have your Conference pass. The first step is to set up your profile. All attendees will connect to the meeting through the Engagez platform. All first-time Engagez users will need to login using the email associated with their PIMA account and will also need to create a password. Click here to login and follow the prompts to create your password. Engagez will send you a link to set up your password. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder.

If you already set up your profile from a previous PIMA meeting, simply login using your credentials.

Tip #3: Identify People You Want to Connect With

 

Today check out the Networking Lounge. Begin connecting with attendees. Look for the green dot to signal who’s online. You can connect via video or chat or send them a message. Star the people you want to connect with. Those starred options are like bookmarks and can be found in your Followings screen, so you can easily find them. The Networking Lounge is open February 9-26, so you will have many opportunities to connect before, during, and after the Conference.

Tip #5: Familiarize Yourself with the Extras

Winter Insights kicks off next week. Once we’re live, PIMA will communicate with attendees through the Announcements section. Check out Announcements for real-time updates on upcoming sessions, networking and available resources. Click on the “star” images throughout the site to bookmark items of interest. You can then easily locate them in the Followings section. Follow topics of discussions to receive email updates on all interactions on that topic.

Tip #2: Identify Sessions You Want to Attend

 

Be sure to get a front-row seat to those live sessions and invite your household to join you on Wednesday, February 17 for live jazz and a Nawlins-inspired mixology lesson. Visit the sessions page and review the three-day session lineup and star those must-watch sessions. Those starred options are like bookmarks and can be found in your Followings screen, so you can easily find them. Also, you have the option to save these sessions to your calendar by clicking on each session you want to attend and click on “Add to your calendar.”

Tip #4: Schedule Meetings for You & Your Team

 

You already visited the Networking Lounge, now it’s time to begin scheduling the meetings with your team and other attendees. Review the people you want to connect with, send them a message, or even book a meeting. The scheduling functionality enables you to book group meetings and when it’s time to meet connect via video. The Conference platform is open February 9-26, so you will have many opportunities to connect before, during, and after the Conference.
